Shocking Murder Rocks Fatehabad Village
In the late hours of Thursday, a 35‑year‑old man locally known as Premveer – listed as a history‑sheeter – was discovered lifeless in a rural field. He had been dozing on a simple cot under a neem tree when an unidentified attacker struck him on the head with a sharp‑bladed instrument, inflicting fatal wounds.
Body Found at Dawn
At first light, early‑rising villagers heading to their farms stumbled upon Premveer’s body slumped on the cot. The gruesome scene quickly drew a crowd, and alarm bells were rung at the nearest police outpost.
Police Launch Murder Probe
A squad from the Fatehabad police station arrived, cordoned off the area, and sent the remains for a post‑mortem. Officers have begun interrogating family members, collecting forensic samples, and tracing possible motives behind the killing.
